About us.

With over 14 years supporting both individuals and businesses across the finance, property and tech sectors, together we founded Bespoke Twenty Four to offer clients a trusted, truly tailored assistant service.

We recognised a growing need within small to medium sized businesses for flexible, high-quality support - from traditional PA duties, accounting, HR, travel, event planning & management, all the way through to more specialised software project management or regulatory compliance.

Our team provides a reliable and cost effective solution for clients when an extra pair of hands are needed but a permanent hire isn’t the right fit.

How we work.

Available for a one-off project or on an ongoing basis, we flex entirely to a clients need. With experts based across London and Manchester, unlike a traditional Virtual Assistant we work both remotely or alongside clients in their office when needed – in a world of endless Microsoft Teams and Zooms, we understand the value of in-person meetings still. 

Once we have discussed a clients needs, we will assign a dedicated account lead to act as the first port of call for all day to day tasks, supported by the wider Bespoke Twenty Four team when necessary to ensure the highest level of service and expertise at all times.
